8.8 x 6.4 x 5.9 cm. A fine cluster of blooms of stilbite, of a rich pastel-peach color, on a matrix carefully trimmed to expose the stilbites all the way around the specimen, so that they actually overhang the edge of the matrix, but without damage.
18.4 x 16.0 x 10.4 cm. A BIG, SHOWY Indian combo specimen, with beautiful aesthetics! In the foreground of this carefully trimmed matrix is a cluster of SUPER-GEMMY apophyllites. This cluster measures about 5.5 cm from side to side. Right behind this, running along the middle of the specimen, is a rich cluster of peachy stilbites, closely intergrown, with a pearly luster. You can see how wonderfully the specimen was trimmed, creating a perfect setting for this striking combination.
10.9 x 9.4 x 7.4 cm. Set against a thin, shell-like curving matrix (part of the pocket) is a pretty combination of pale peach stilbites and blocky, colorless apophyllites. Stands up and displays quite impressively.
11.6 x 9.3 x 6.4 cm. This is a large bloom of light peach-colored stilbite, with an unusual decoration of small, sparkly apophyllite crystals that flash on its surface!
8.9 x 5.2 x 4.3 cm. A beautiful "bowtie" bloom of light peachy stilbite, standing on end on a carefully trimmed natural base of matrix. A very close trim, without any damage at all to the crystal, which is complete and freestanding all the way around.
9.7 x 7.5 x 4.7 cm. A very AESTHETIC and UNCOMMON Namibian specimen from Grootberg Pass of two, off-white to tan stilbite crystals jauntily placed on coated vesicular basalt. The large, bulb-like stilbite is 5.3 cm. The stilbites are pristine. The back shows classic vesicular, with a multitude of gas bubble pockets, some lined with zeolites. This is a VERY FINE specimen of stilbite from an uncommon for the species locality and comes from the collection of Dave Mansfield, son-in-law of noted Namibia dealer and collector, Sid Pieters.
6.4 x 5.9 x 5.8 cm. A pretty "bloom" of light peachy stilbite, really a wheel that is complete all the way around and pretty from all sides, sitting up on a small natural base of matrix.
14.0 x 8.0 x 5.5 cm. An EXCELLENT and very showy Indian CABINET combination piece. The center of the piece is highlighted by a mounded cluster of gemmy, lustrous and striated, tetragonal, amber powellite crystals to 2.5 cm. A large, glassy, green, blocky apophyllite is a very nice compliment to the pastel-pink stilbite matrix.
15.9 x 9.5 x 9.1 cm. A WHOPPER specimen of beautiful stilbite from India, consisting of these intergrown multiple blooms of light peachy/yellow, the largest of which spans over 8 cm! These stilbite blooms are perfectly set in a thin crust of matrix, and were carefully trimmed out so that the matrix comes right to the edge of the stilbite with no damage or contacts all the way around. A special specimen!
7.1 x 4.5 x 3.5 cm. A stunning and very rich specimen of bladed cavansite on stilbite from the famed Wagholi Quarry. The overall arborescent aesthetics are outstanding. The cavansite blades are royal-blue to teal-blue and sparkly micro stilbites cover much of the cavansite on this showy and aesthetic specimen. Ex. George Feist Collection.
9.6 x 6.7 x 5.0 cm. A gorgeous 1.0 cm spray of gemmy, royal-blue pentagonite needles highlights a very well-placed vug richly lined with smaller pentagonite crystals on this showy 3-dimensional basalt matrix partially covered with contrasting off-white stilbite. A showy and excellent larger specimen, unique to the famous Wagholi Quarry of India.
9.7 x 6.9 x 6.4 cm. A cluster of GEMMY apophyllite crystals intergrown with accenting stilibites on a sparing matrix, from India. These apophyllite crystals, to 4.5 cm in length, have the TOP gemmy brightness to them, particularly at their pristine terminations.
17.4 x 13.9 x 12.4 cm. WOW! this dramatic piece is a large natural vug formed form a lava bubble, pulled out of the surrounding host rock intact, lined with quartz on which over a dozen salmon-pink stilbite bowties have formed, in addition to several large, rusty-red heulandites. The crystals are beautifully isolated on the quartz. This is a large, showy specimen. Ex. George Feist Collection Indian suite.
5.8 x 3.9 x 2.9 cm. This is a classic pseudomorph from New Jersey (prehnite after laumontite); with an association of minor little white stilbites. Collected by Hobart Jones sometime between 1952 and 1965.
9.0 x 8.4 x 5.7 cm. A large (7.5 cm), perfect bowtie of creamy stilbite is perched perfectly atop the matrix, with small, flat crystals decorating the specimen all around. The big bowtie is exposed and pristine all the way around.
