ex. Charlie Key
A floater made up of doubly-terminated amethyst with another amethyst sitting on it - look slike a bowtie! The reverse side has a few small prehnite balls. A lovely specimen with unique aesthetics!
ex. Charlie Key
This piece has a brilliant , gemmy , smoky top contrasting dramatically to a milky quartz bottom. It has wonderful SHARP smoky phantoms. Complete, pristine, and perfect save only a small indentation from contacted growth, on the reverse side of the crystal
ex. Charlie Key
A fasinating , doubly-terminated, smoky quartz that makes you think of a rocketship with flames coming out the tail. Single terminated top and multiple terminated bottom will 'blast-off" any collection.
ex. Charlie Key
An elongated , grape-juice-colored, amethyst crystal with a sharp top and a rough bottom termination, makes it a doubly-terminated floater. The crystal is complete, except only contacted slightly on one rear side of the top term. This is a very special large crystal from this area with intense color, and priced right, I felt.
ex. Charlie Key
An unusual cluster of amethyst crystals with somky highlights at edges, all doubly-terminated in a starburst array. HAND-SIZED, large specimen ! Very esthetic as I think the pics indicate quite clearly!
ex. Charlie Key
A large clear quartz, brilliantly lustrous! It has dramatic accent with all thos emiute red hematite inclusions at the bottom.
ex. Charlie Key
Very large, extremely interesting smoky/amethyst quartz crystal with a very deep skeletal termination showing 5 deep holow clefts into the core of the crystal. A major specimen from the Gobobos, for this rare habit. Complete all around the termination, though incomplete on the bottom and lower rear.
ex. Charlie Key
Here is a scarce matrix specimen with two minor amethyst crystals on the bottom setting off the large frosted crystal with a dramatic skeletal termination. Quite pleasing to the eye, 360 degrees all around!
ex. Charlie Key
This is a small amethyst group with an incredibly dark purple "veil" of intense color, running right through the center. Highly unusual and wonderful esthetics, make this a special piece that stands out. Complete and pristine all around.
ex. Charlie Key
Here you have a wonderful, true Brandberg amethyst group on matrix. It is a veritable porcupine of crystals coming out in all directions. The large crystal atop is just over 3 cm.
ex. Charlie Key
A beautiful, gemmy, clear quartz crystal with amethyst and smoky phantoms. This crystal has a lovely sharp termination and rainbow effects galore. In person, it is very dramatic and leaps out!
ex. Charlie Key
An exquisite gemmy quartz single crystal with smoky and amethyst phantoms and a light smattering of hematite inclusions, to complete this wonderful piece. Ridiculously sharp and lustrous and clean, except for the tiniest of microdings on the termination, hard to notice.
ex. Charlie Key
An extremely dark purple amethyst crystal with a halo of calcite matrix. Really a neat piece, though admittedly the calcite crust overhangs too much. There is also a small contact in the lower-left portion of the crystal, hence hte low price.
ex. Charlie Key
Here is an unusual group of deep amethyst crystals from the Brandberg mountains that has geometric eye appeal. All of the faces are turned in the same direction and pick up the light beautifully.
ex. Charlie Key
A large smoky/amethystine, enhydro, scepter ! This crystal has stunning lustre. It is a perfect, gemmy crystal with an obvious enclosed (enhydro) water bubble crossing the main face of the crystal. Wonderful eye appeal.
