12.2 x 11.3 x 10.0 cm. This is a very large cluster of slender quartz crystals of the most elegant tapered form, covered with salmon-colored crystals of rhodochrosite. The quartz crystals measure up to 7 cm in length. There are here and there sprinkled shiny little pyrites. Ex. Richard Hauck Collection.

5.0 x 4.8 x 3.5 cm. A superb, floater, golden-metallic pyritohedron from the classic Italian locality of Rio Marina, Isle of Elba. This super-sharp crystal has mirror-bright lustre and the crystal faces are beautifully etched. A scattering of specular hematite is an excellent compliment. Ex. 11.8 x 4.8 x 2.8 cm. Attractively isolated on a field of dolomite are little crystals of brassy chalcopyrite in association with larger compound pyrite crystals of complex form.

6.1 x 5.8 x 5.8 cm. This is a fine Peruvian pyrite one out of the collection of Gene Meieran. This is a floater cluster of huge, gorgeously-formed crystals, with an unusual brass-like luster. The crystals have taken on strange forms and formed interesting faces in growing around one another.
