D05-74 - Fettelite with Proustite - SOLD Imiter Mine, Anti-Atlas Mtns., Morocco small cabinet, 7.6 x 5.4 x 5.2 cm
Fettellite is an extremely rare silver species. This is one of just a very few specimens to turn up at the Denver show amidst literally hundreds of proustites for sale, this is a huge and rich piece loaded with Fettelite ! The crystals form sharp blades to 3 mm and are easily eye-visible in larger clusters. The specimen could probably be broken up into a dozen pieces, each with both fettelite and proustite (i will do so if it doesn't sell whole)

DENV08-07 - Proustite - AUS$ 3871 - ON HOLD Jachymov, Northwestern Bohemia, Czech Republic miniature, 3.1 x 1.4 x 0.8 cm ex. Josef Vajdak
A superb toenail/small miniature crystal, complete all around, lustrous, and totally transparent and translucent at the tip as well. This would be good if it were from Chanarcillo or Germany which produced a lot more proustites that were saved. For Jachymov, its nearly off the charts. Josef was a specialist in Pribram and Jachymov minerals in particular, and this came from his important private collection of minerals from these sites. Even though more rare than perhaps the Peruvian material, these do not go for the same premium price for some reason I cannot fathom to this day, so this is a chance to get a large, showy proustite in good shape tha tlooks like a 10k Chilean piece, for a "relative" bargain.
