6.9 x 4.5 x 1.8 cm. Phoenicochroite is a rare lead chromate. Lustrous, bright brick-red phoenicochroite richly coats the rhyolite matrix on this excellent piece and the bright lemon-yellow mineral is oxidized phoenicochroite. Rich and rarely available material from an uncommon Arizona locale and the John Parnau and N.L. Wintringham Collections. Accompanied by 3 labels (one of which is shown in the third photo).
