16.9 x 8.9 x 6.1 cm. This is a large specimen featuring three big crystals of apophyllite of the "blocky" form it sometimes takes. The crystals, measuring to 4 cm on edge, are banded, ranging colorless to grassy green. The crystals are surrounded by very pale peachy stilbites and starkly contrasted.
11.4 x 10.4 x 10.0 cm. Clear, very large crystals of gemmy apophyllite (to 2 cm on edge), of very unusual flattened rectangular form compared to the usual blocky sort which are elongated crystals with four equal sides. Amidst these large glassy crystals are salmon-pink, pearly crystals of stilbite (also to 2 cm).
23.3 x 13.4 x 3.9 cm. A very different-looking Indian apophyllite specimen! Spread liberally across this very large plate are dozens of translucent crystals of unusual form, with spiky, multi-peaked terminations. Accenting them are hundreds of colorless, translucent crystals of stilbite, as well as a few larger crystals.
20.9 x 18.5 x 8.5 cm. This is quite an amazing specimen, because you have this perfect balance of apophyllites and stilbites all the way across the specimen, rather than bunches of one here and the other there. Both the stilbites and apophyllites measure to about 4 cm. The apophyllites have great luster.
13.9 x 10.5 x 11.4 cm. A fine Indian combination specimen. First, you have a gigantic, complete and doubly-terminated blocky-style crystal of apophyllite (9 cm tall), colorless at one end and a light grassy green at the other. Then, right next to it are these big pearly crystals of very light salmon-colored stilbite, whose unusual size is a perfect complement to the apophyllite. Another complete and doubly-terminated apophyllite is right underneath the stilbites.
7.7 x 7.0 x 5.8 cm. A super glassy, 4.3 cm, upright apophyllite crystal beautifully nestled in lustrous, salmon-pink stilbite bowties from recent finds at Jalgaon, India. The gemmy, four-sided crystal has a light green body with a water-clear, colorless, pyramidal termination. The second, horizontal apophyllite crystal is a very nice touch.
24.2 x 20.5 x 8.8 cm. A huge plate combining wonderful peach-colored stilbites with blocky apophyllites that show zoning between colorless areas and stripes of green.
6.6 x 9.2 x 4.0 cm. A large, blocky crystal of apophyllite, highly lustrous and with fine deep green color and good transparency. The crystal is terminated at both ends, and there is sparing stilbite which adds a color accent.
6.7 x 4 x 4 cm. This is a stunning example of beautiful pink apophyllite from a small find about 2 years ago, at this old classic locality from where it had been found previously only several decades ago. The color is a beautiful and consistent pastel pink hue. Individual crystals average 1.5-2 cm although one doubly-terminated crystal is over 3 cm. Ex. Martin Zinn Collection.
12.1 x 8.4 x 6.5 cm. A gemmy, doubly-terminated apophyllite crystal measuring 6 cm is at the center of this impressive and sizeable Indian combo specimen, surrounded by smaller crystals and blooms of light peach-colored stilbite.
17 x 10 x 5.5 cm. A fine plate of large (up to 5 cm) blocky crystals of Apophyllite on a bed of light peach Stilbites. The Apophyllites have an excellent, striated luster and are beautifully zoned - medium green cores and clear terminations. The Stilbites also have a radiant pearly luster and good attractive habit. Ex. Charlie Key.
7.7 x 7 x 4.2 cm. A fine cluster of thick, 3 cm long orange-pink Stilibite crystals on a plate of clear gemmy Apophyllites. The near-radial pattern of the Stilbites creates a "flower-like" cluster. Ex. Charlie Key.
4.8 x 4.7 x 3.2 cm. A stunning radial cluster of cubically-tipped Apophyllite crystals, from the famous "disco-ball" find of 2001. One of the real virtues of this piece, aside from the fact that the largest Apophyllite is an amazing 1 cm along the edge of the cubic termination, is the vertical relief of the crystals. Ex. Charlie Key.
14.1 x 11.9 x 7.1 cm. A big, blocky apophyllite crystal, measuring 4 cm x 5 cm, is at the center of this large Indian specimen, accented by cream-colored stilbites and some smaller apophyllites.
13.4 x 12.1 x 3.8 cm. Several crystals of colorless apophyllite, including a large one measuring 5.5 cm along the edge, are perched on a beautiful plate of sparkly, dove-grey quartz. Large, very striking and very different from the usual apophyllite specimen.
