5.4 x 3.5 x 3 cm. A classic Apophyllite stalactite from the great Jalgaon locality in India. The gemmy Apophyllites are razor-sharp and have superb luster. The longest is 2.5 cm. The Stibite blade, doubly-terminated, has a beautiful pearly luster and is 2.6 cm long. Ex. Charlie Key.
10.6 x 5 x 3 cm. An exceptional and rare Apophyllite from rare finds at this Kalahari Fields mine. The equant crystals, which range up to .8 cm, have a gorgeous pearly luster that makes each crystal simply glow. Ex. Charlie Key.
6.4 x 4.8 x 2.9 cm. On a thin plate of matrix is a cluster of pastel-green crystals of apophyllite, attractively surrounded by frosty crystals of stilbite.
6.4 x 6.2 x 4.9 cm. A colorless, blocky, 2-cm crystal of apophyllite anchors a cluster of slender casts of sparkly apophyllites, with clusters of faint green prehnites on them.
10.5 x 7.5 x 4.5 cm. What you have is poker-chip calcites (to 4 cm) which are covered with small, sparkling crystals of apophyllite. The apophyllites also are lighting up the surrounding matrix, with a dove-grey color coming through from the underlying (unidentified) mineral, which creates a wonderful contrast with the calcites.
8.5 x 6.5 x 3 cm. What you have is poker-chip calcites (to 3 cm) which are covered with small, sparkling crystals of apophyllite. The apophyllites also are also lighting up the surrounding matrix, with a dove-grey color coming through from the underlying (unidentified) mineral, which creates a wonderful contrast with the calcites.

7.4 x 5.5 x 5.1 cm. There are plenty of apophyllite specimens out there, so the really special aesthetics of this piece probably what explains why this was in the collection of Marty Zinn: the unusual matrix, and the very attractive way the crystals are perched on them - which is really different from your average Poona apophyllite. These blocky, translucent crystals measure to just over 2.5 cm, and are all complete, terminated and undamaged.
8.4 x 2.9 x 2.4 cm. This is a stunning stalactite from India. It is not only stunningly pretty, it is also really unusual. That is because amidst the super-gemmy, glassy apophyllites and peachy, pearly stilbites is a lone, sharp, opaque heulandite (usually they are an orange/peach color, so this one really stands out). In summary, you have a wonderful zeolite suite here, in addition to a really pretty mineral specimen.
22.8 x 13.4 x 12.5 cm. A large, oval vug removed intact - with an amazing crystal display inside! Dozens of light peach-colored, shimmering stilbite crystals, and in the center, a burst of intensely bright and gemmy crystals of apophyllite, to 3 cm.
5.2 x 4.2 x 3.9 cm. As you can see, this is NOT your average Poona combo piece, which is why it found its way into the Marty Zinn collection. What makes it so unusual is that the specimen is anchored by a translucent, light golden-yellow calcite crystal, with a "Rudniy" look about it. On the calcite have formed both blocky light green apophyllites and "books" of pearly stilbite.
4.3 x 3.0 x 2.2 cm. Inesite is a RARE mineral species from the famous mines at Broken Hill. Lustrous, radiating clusters of brown, gemmy, acicular inesite crystals are featured on both sides of matrix with glassy, colorless apophyllite crystals on this RICH, EXCELLENT and showy combination piece from the ONE-TIME find on the 19 Level of the NBHC Mine in the 1960s. Ex. George Elling Collection.
4.1 x 3.3 x 3.1 cm. This fine cluster especially shows off inesite in pink, diverging, acicular, crystal groups and two, gemmy, colorless tablets of apophyllite. Ex. Willy Israel Collection.
17.5 x 10.8 x 6.8 cm. A large specimen featuring a 13-cm band of super-bright, gemmy light green apophyllite crystals, centered in a field of snow-like stilbite.
15.6 x 9.2 x 7.4 cm. A large combination specimen from India. On a field of sparkly grey quartz, very gemmy and bright colorless apophyllites, with a few accenting salmon-colored crystals of stilbite.
