7.9 x 5.2 x 5.0 cm. An exquisite Indian combo specimen, with a spectacularly gemmy crystal of apophyllite wrapped all the way around by pearly bowties of stilbite, of a light creamy color.
6.4 x 5.9 x 4.2 cm. A bloom of salmon-pink stilbite right beside a super-gemmy, brilliant apophyllite crystal - from Jalgaon. Ex. Feist Collection.
6.0 x 5.0 x 4.0 cm. An AESTHETIC and SUPERB specimen of a gorgeous, gemmy and lustrous, 4.2 cm apophyllite crystal beautifully set upright amidst pearlescent stilbite blades on matrix. The piece glows like a gem and has a brightness and internal beauty to it, beyond what the pics show. Ex. Steve Smale Collection.
10.0 x 6.2 x 5.0 cm. I know that Indian Zeolite specimens are everywhere, but you must appreciate them for what they are. They are simply some of the finest crystallized examples of many of these species extant. This piece features a very good sized, sharp, lustrous, blocky green color crystal of Apophyllite with several tan Stilbite sheaves surrounding it. It’s an aesthetic cabinet size piece, and will probably end up being a great bargain for somebody. One day (eventually) India will not produce any more of these Zeolites, and they will more than likely receive great recognition for being the amazing display specimens that they are.
8.4 x 5.4 x 4.8 cm. A cluster of gemmy, colorless crystals of apophyllite, on a stalk of stalactitic quart and micro-stilbites, from Jalgaon. All terminations are complete, and there is no damage.
11.6 x 6.1 x 3.4 cm. This is a single VERY LARGE complete, terminated and undamaged crystal of apophyllite, on a perfect natural "base" of a bit of matrix. It has glassy/gemmy tips and light green color through the middle. You can see some pearly, light salmon-colored stilbites accenting its sides. Quite an aesthetic and impressive specimen!
5.7 x 3.9 x 3.5 cm. Glassy, mesmerizing apophyllite crystals with the best lustre I have EVER seen on the stuff. This is not just another small common Indian zeolite apoph specimen. It glows with lack of color, if that makes sense, and is jus tone of the gemmiest, most sparkly pieces of anything, period. Superbly aesthetic and 3-D, complete all around but for one rear-facing crystal. Ex. Charlie Key Collection.
6.8 x 5.9 x 4.5 cm. A stunning radial cluster of cubically-tipped apophyllite crystals, from a now infamous find of 2001. Simply cannot get them on the market, any more! These have a special place in the midst of other Indian minerals and some people call them disco balls for good reason. They sparkle incredibly in person. This cluster is about 2% the radius of a sphere, certainly complete on the front display face and radially to the top of the viewing face. Ex. Charlie Key Collection.
9.7 x 5.6 x 3.0 cm. Deep green, mint colored apophyllites of an unusually dark hue, contrasted with sparkling white stilbite. Superb and beautiful specimen from Charlie Key’s extensive Indian collection.
20.3 x 11.2 x 8.7 cm. I know that Indian Zeolite specimens are everywhere, but of all the colors that you see from India, you rarely get such a vibrant and eye catching color contrast such as this specimen exhibits. It features several large, lustrous, beautiful reddish pink bladed Stilbite crystals measuring up to 4.5 cm intermixed with gemmy, glassy, blocky, yellowish-green Apophyllite crystals measuring up to 4.2 cm. Considering that the majority of Stilbite crystals rarely have color (typically white or tan), it’s a great joy to see Stilbite crystals that really stand out. This specimen is from a pocket found about 4 years ago.
3.0 x 2.0 x 1.3 cm. A RARE and CUTE Broken Hill combination toenail of tiny, gemmy fluorapophyllite crystals RICHLY scattered on sculptural matrix of bladed balls of rose-red inesite. Seldom do you see this combination in this quality from this famous locality. Ex. Carl Davis Collection.
6.2 x 4.4 x 3.9 cm. An exquisitely aesthetic specimen featuring a single, perfect apophyllite crystals jutting up off matrix, light green with a gem-clear tip. Surrounded by a few pearly stilbites, on a bed of micro-stilbites.
7.4 x 3.4 x 3.4 cm. Two intergrown crystals of apophyllite with perfect form and super-gemmy tips - with a bit of attached quartz.
9.9 x 9.7 x 8.5 cm. A big, rich example of a now quite-rare old-timer from this classic American iron mine! This 3-dimensional "sheety" specimen is COVERED with sparkly crystals of apophyllite. It is an interesting association piece, too: here and there are small blebs of graphite. This piece was sitting in a collection for many decades.
9.0 x 6.7 x 5.9 cm. A complex and unusual combo specimen from India. In the middle of the specimen is a fan of reddish-brown heulandite that anchors the top and bottom. Above, you have grey stalactitic drusy quartz, with peachy stilbites and a gemmy little fluorapophyllite. Ex. Rebecca Stewart collection.
