8.8 x 4.7 x 4.3 cm. A very seldom seen specimen of the incredibly rare hydrated copper hydroxide carbonate sulfate, Nakauriite. This specimen shows beautiful patches of sky blue Nakauriite which are intergrown with moss-green Serpentine against gabbro matrix. This piece is from the type locality for Nakauriite (there are less than ten localities for the species worldwide), and the species itself has only been known for a little over 30 years. Ex. Brian Kosnar Collection.
