MD-112576 - Kidwellite, Strengite - - Archived Coon Creek Mine (York Mine), Shady, Polk Co., Arkansas, USA small cabinet, 5.4 x 3 x 2.5 cm
A beautiful 7mm green sphere of kidwellite, the rare phosphate from Arkansas. This is a REALLY good kidwellite! Rarely do you get them so nice and isolated, instead of just as a crust on matrix. This is an old specimen, obtained fro Al Kidwell in all likelihood back when Marty lived in Texas as well. 5.4 x 3 x 2.5 cm

5.8 x 3.0 x 1.6 cm. Kidwellite is a RARE phosphate. This is a SUPERB and showy specimen of the species with pastel-green botryoids RICHLY lining a vug with curved edges in a gossan matrix. OUTSTANDING for the rare species and locality. Ex. John Ydren Collection.
MD-180035 - Kidwellite - - Archived Coon Creek Mine (York Mine), Shady, Polk Co., Arkansas, USA small cabinet, 7.5 x 5.2 x 4 cm.
7.5 x 5.2 x 4 cm. Unusually good crystals for this rare phosphate species named after Houston collector Al Kidwell, in that they are not the normal rounded "balls" but real crystals , splaying out flat over the matrix here. Some of the green crystals reach 1 cm. Ex. Martin Zinn Collection.
MD-244255 - Kidwellite - - Archived Coon Creek Mine (York Mine), Shady, Polk Co., Arkansas, USA miniature, 5.0 x 4.2 x 3.8 cm.
5.0 x 4.2 x 3.8 cm. Kidwellite is a rare hydrated phosphate, not named until 1974. Bubbly, botryoidal pastel-green to dark olive-green kidwellite richly covers the very sculptural vug in limonite matrix on this fine specimen from near the type locality in Arkansas. The form of this piece is unusual, but in a way, entrancing for its rolling hillocks of thick kidwellite covering the matrix. Superb for the species.
MD-39014 - Beraunite, Kidwellite - - Archived Coon Creek Mine (York Mine), Shady, Polk Co., Arkansas, USA miniature, 3.4 x 3.3 x 2.8 cm.
3.4 x 3.3 x 2.8 cm. A very rare specimen of crystallized beraunite, colorful and showy. This is exceedingly rare material in such quality. These were found just once, I am told, in the 1960s. The specimen is from a pocket which produced probably the best of species for beraunite in the US. The kidwellite, a green mineral, is a nice association and was first found in Arkansas.
