This specimen is mesmerizing! It is a floater composed of intergrown, gemmy, fluorite crystals that have developed extreme stepped growth. The upper portions of the fluorite are a light pastel purple to colorless. This grades into a pastel green color. Just for an additional color contrast there is a 1.5 cm across, splendent, dark gray, galena crystal perched on the side or botto mdepending how you orient it.

A cluster of gemmy, pastel green crystals of fluorite to 2.5 cm across, is perched on splendent crystals of black sphalerite, to 1.0 cm across and bright crystals of galena, to 1.0 cm across. The fluorite crystals are cubes modified by octahedral faces with the cubic faces being gemmier, allowing us a window into the deepest recesses of the crystals. The piece displays well this side up or upside down to what is shown, either way very nicely. Only very minor peripheral damage in the form of a few contacts and one small ding keeps this specimen from being pristine and worth double to my mind, making it a relative bargain for the quality overall.

I am especially fond of this specimen of fluorite which is gemmy, with a pastel lavender upper section and a rich green core. When viewed from the side it is easy to see the color separation. There is only the tiniest ding on one bottom corner of the cubic face, and this has no effect on the beauty and form of this specimen. Exquisite!

Gemmy, pastel green fluorite crystals to 4.0 cm across are nicely perched on splendent, black crystals of sphalerite to 1.0 cm across with minor brassy pyrite crystals to .2 cm across. The fluorite crystals appear to be cubes modified by octahedral faces. Only the very smallest of peripheral damage/contact exists. This dramatic uprising cluster is VERY impressive in person, and has a bit more color than indicated in the photo. There is a lot of fluorite for the price, on matrix, here.

One VERY clear, VERY large, gemmy crystal of fluorite, 6.0 cm across, is emplaced on a matrix of massive, splendent, black sphalerite. The upper portion of the fluorite has a very light, pastel purple color while the core is a rich green color. The fluorite crystals appear to be cubes modified by octahedral faces. Superb piece with a most impressive large crystal

Splendent, black sphalerite crystals, to 2.0 cm across, form the matrix for a cluster of gemmy, light, pastel green, fluorite crystals to 3.0 cm across. The crystals of fluorite appear to be cubes modified by octahedral faces. Superb lustre and gemminess!

This lovely fluorite specimen features stepped growth of gemmy cubes, modified by octahedral faces. The large crystal measures 4.0 cm across and the color is pastel green with a deeper green core. The cube faces are gemmier than the octahedral faces, providing a window into the depth of the crystals.

An imposing piece with a bizarre, complicated penetration twin or complex growth atop! This is an intergrown cluster of gemmy, pastel green fluorite crystals, to 3.0 cm across, where cubes are modified by octahedral faces. At the base is a splendent, black sphalerite crystal, measuring 1.5 cm across. There is minor damage/contact on the periphera of the fluorite crystals, however, when the specimen is properly aligned, this cannot be seen. What you DO see is that important gemmy green crysatl atop, looking right into it to the matrix behind.

Nicely perched on splendent, black, sphalerite and minor gray galena, are two ,gemmy, pastel green crystals of fluorite, to 3.5 cm across. The fluorite crystals are cubes with modifying octahedral faces and they are complete save for a couple of small dings near the terminations, and contacting on the back of the crystals. However, from teh front, it looks very fine and is a relative bargain because I priced it down given teh incomplete back side..

This totally gemmy crystal is a floater! It is composted of stepped pastel green, fluorite crystals of the classical style for which Naica is famous. The cube faces are so gemmy that they become transparent windows into the depth of the crystals. The largest crystal measures 4.25 cm across. A nearly limpid gem!

The large fluorite crystal in this cluster is nicely centered between two other crystals. All are gemmy with pale hues of both green and lavender, though overall a more muted color than normal for the locale and thus unusual. The large crystal measures 4.5 cm across. The crystals are cubes modified by octahedral faces. The specimen is totally complete except for a small contact on one peripheral face.

This cluster of gemmy, interlocked fluorite crystals, appears almost colorless from the side. The color center of rich green is on the underside core of the specimen. The almost equant crystals average 2.5 cm across and are cubes modified by octahedral faces. Only very minor peripheral contact is evident. A very hefty and 3-dimensional piece!

This interlocked cluster of gemmy fluorite crystals has perhaps the most deeply colored green chromophore of any specimen here, so far, in this update. The crystals show stepped growth and all appear to be cubes modified by octahedral faces. They are all GEMMY. The largest crystal is 2.8 cm across. And as a bonus, the specimen also has inclusions of bright pyrite as well as pyrite crystals to 1.0 cm across scattered on the fluorite. A really unique piece! Its good anyhow, but the pyrite makes it that much more.

Splendent, black sphalerite is the matrix for this specimen of gemmy, pastel green fluorite, with crystals to2.5 cm across. The cube faces are gemmier than the modifying octahedral faces. There is a spot of conchoidal break/damage to the cube face in the lower-center of the specimen, but it does not greatly affect the overall quality visually. Still, we have priced this down as a result so you get a lot of overall beauty for the price.
