This is a visually impressive epidote from the classic old locality, with unusually stoudt and thick crystals. They have lustre like glass! The terminations are remarkably 3-dimensional and stand out dramatically from the matrix which acts as a natural prop to the crystals for display purposes. You can see there is one hairline crack here, a repair. It it were not repaired, this would be a 25k piece for the size and beauty, and the rarity on matrix. So, while there is this problem, the price is definitely adjusted accordingly and you get a piece that LOOKS like it is far more valuable, and certainly has more visual impact period, than you could normally get in this price range.

A good Japan Law is a nice thing to have anytime, but to find on with good luster and included with Epidote makes this a gem in its own right.

Sharp doubly-terminated Epidote with good deep-green color and excellent luster. Way above average for the locality, and comparable to most Epidotes from Pakistan these days. As well, this is a doubly-terminated floater and so highly unusual!

Superlative Copper from one of the world’s great localities. The Copper is very well-crystallized, led by a sharp euhedral 1 cm , HOLLOW, crystal. These crystals are intergrown with numerous quality quartz crystals. This is a great thumb!
Superb single XL!
Excellent single xl for the locality!
Superb, GEMMY, GEM crystal with some attached matrix from the world’s premier classic locality for Epidote. This crystal even goes beyond what you normally find from there. In addition to being sharp, water clear, and lustrous, the bladed crystal is much larger and thicker than classically seen from Knappenwald. This is a fabulous specimen by any standard!
A very old epidote crystal, extremely GEMMY and transparent, from Switzerland: classic in form but large in size! ex. American Museum of Natural History , Clarence Bement collection, donated in 1910 (lbel comes with xerox of label which went to this piece and the following)

A very choice cluster of two hemispherical prehnite balls, standing up from a bit of epidote matrix!
A super choice miniature, with a complete ball perched on a natural pedestal of epidote!
A complete-all-around ball of translucent prehnite, perched on a doubly-terminated epidote crystal! This is a sweet miniature of great aesthetics! it is perfect except for a small flattenned area on one side, from natural contact (and this can face rear anyhow).
An adorable cluster with great color and translucency, complete all around! One of my favorites of the lot!
A super choice miniature, with a complete hemisphere cluster of prehnite perched on a natural pedestal of epidote!
Now this IS rare even for this suddenly productive locality! It is a cluster of large, thick, dark green epidote crystals. It has reasonably better lustre in person than you see here, and is quite dramatic.
