Azurite from Blueball Mine, Globe, Globe Hills, Globe Hills District, Globe-Miami District, Gila Co., Arizona, USA
- 1 specimen selected
Well, all jokes aside, I think from this specimen you can see why this mine was named the Blue Ball Mine. This is a wonderful azurite GEODE (yes, an azurite geode!) that came uniquely from this mine. The crystals grew radially towards the middle, where you can actually see terminations around the hollow at the very center. These are quite unique specimens! 3.4 x 3.3 x 1.8cm
