Wulfenite
Tsumeb Mine, Tsumeb, Namibia
Miniature, 3.7 x 3.4 x 0.5 cm
Ex. F. John Barlow
SOLD

Spectacular in size and quality for this important locality! This is a glassy and gemmy window-pane wulfenite crystal; exceedingly rare for Tsumeb. It is caramel colored evenly and nicely, whereas most are dull in color and luster. Wulfenite specimens from Tsumeb, of this caliber, are rarely seen in today's mineral marketplace. Ex. John Barlow collection along with his old collection label, #2486 (from the 1980s or earlier, as he had 6000 pieces or more by the time he sold in 1998).
