Outstanding for both species and locality, and colorful, this large miniature features an unbroken, 1.8 cm sphere of radial Wavellite, centered on matrix. The luster on the crystal terminations is actually good, causing the surface of this forest green Wavellite to virtually scintillate (more so than with Arkansas material of the species). This sphere is accompanied by four sheared Wavellite balls, showcasing the radial growth inside the clusters. Unusual, rare, and better in person.
