The flowing texture of the Calcite is certainly unlike anything I have seen before, very much like the flowing, full-bodied hair of a lady. The luster on the dark-honey colored Calcite is very good, and the Calcite even has a modest fluorescence. This is such a fine piece that it was in Ross' personal collection, as well it should have been. The aesthetics, as you can readily see, are outstanding. Mined in 1990. RCL2091
