The Dioptases are gemmy enough to show the brilliant green fire that is so eye-catching, so much so that it can even be seen in the photos. The final touch to these sharp, lustrous trigonal crystals is the fact that they are sitting on a matrix of white Calcite rhombs, which is one of the most highly desired of Dioptase combinations because of the splendid color contrast.
