Emplaced exquisitely on a white marble matrix, are two lustrous and translucent, deep pigeon's-blood red ruby crystals to 1.7 cm in length. While sapphires are known from this locality, rubies are exceptionally rare. This is a dramatic specimen with great color and strong display. Ex. Steve Sinotte collection.
