This is a superb example of highly sought-after Topaz from the Ouro Preto region, often referred to as "Imperial Topaz" for its orange color and brilliant luster. The specimen is a complete-all-around crystal (save for the cleaved base, of course) with great brightness and color intensity, combined with total clarity. It is truly fine by any standard.
