Very rare Tsumeb mineral! An attractive and rich specimen is comprised of tabular to lath-like, <0.5mm, satiny, blue-green, aggregates of the very rare mineral thometzekite in association with milky quartz, green laths of cuprian adamite, and trace amounts of an undetermined sulfide. The piece is 25x20x16mm. Named in 1985 for Wilhelm Thometzek, former general manager of the Tsumeb Mine from 1912-1922.
