Okorusu is renowned for its multi-hued, attractive Fluorites, and I find it remarkable that a piece this good has become available. The crystals are sharp, a DEEP transparent purple/green, and multiply-phantomed. When backlit, this piece GLOWS with colors subtly changing from green to blue throughout, and you can clearly see that there are both cubic phantoms and fainter, thicker octahedral phantoms. Amazing! The luster is good, fluorescence excellent, and the largest crystal is an impressive 4.2 cm. There is also a coating of botryoidal, slightly fluorescent Calcite. You can display this fine Fluorite specimen from either side, depending on whether you prefer pure Fluorites or the combination, or rotate periodically. It is one of the better pieces from here that I have seen for sale in awhile, and is representative of older material from the 1`970s and early 1980s finds, as it last changed hands in 1994. Choice aesthetics.
