This specimen is a solid 3-dimensional sculptural mass composed of many tetrahedral tennantite crystals, to a whopping 5 cm on a crystal face! Tsumeb Mine tennantites are arguably the world's best for the species, and are classics. They never were plentiful. This is a cabinet sized, important example from the noted collection of Marshall Sussman.
