A superb, ultra-rare, and very showy combination specimen from the famous and now-closed Tsumeb Mine. The gemmy, zoned, emerald-green Cuprian Adamites are some of the best I have seen. The luster on them is excellent, and they really are gemmy, as you can see the yellowish cores to the crystals. The largest is an impressive 5 mm. The Adamites are richly distributed in nice clusters on the matrix, and intergrown with clusters of crystalline, yellow-green Ferrilotharmeyerite, an ULTRA-RARE hydrated arsenate, with Tsumeb being the Type Locality. This combination is RARELY seen from Tsumeb and SELDOM in this quality. From the upper oxidized zone of this famous locality.
