K-163 - Prehnite on Quartz - AUS$ 656 SOLD Brandberg, Namibia miniature, 4.6 x 4.4 x 3.0 cm ex. Charlie Key
You do not normally think of prehnite in and of itself as a top class mineral specimen, because the crystals don't usually get big and isolated. Well, they do from here! This 3 cm , translucent, pear-green ball on matrix just blows me away! It has to be one of the most aesthetic prehnites I have seen, in this size!

An apple-green ball of prehnite perched on a natrual pedestal. GLOWS with juicy color in person!!! This is a KILLER prehnite thumbnail...and a great thumbnail period, for that matter.

A translucent, solid cluster of aggregated prehnite crystals, which just glows with color when backlit even a bit! Very aesthetic!
K-167 - Fluorite on Goshenite Beryl - AUS$ 492 SOLD Erongo Mountains, Namibia cabinet, 10.1 x 6.8 x 4.3 cm ex. Charlie Key
This is the best large piece we have seen in about a flat's worth of this material, which Charlie had stashed. It is one of those strange Erongo combos! This piece features sharp matte-green fluorite crystals perched smartly upon zoned goshenites to about an inch!
K-168 - Hyalite Opal on Goshenite Beryl - SOLD Erongo Mountains, Namibia miniature, 4.0 x 3.8 x 3.6 cm ex. Charlie Key
This specimen is notable both for the doubly-terminated goshenite and also for the richness of the hyalite opal, which glows intensely in ultraviolet light and is quite rare from here.
K-171 - Prehnite on Quartz with Amethyst phantoms - AUS$ 246 SOLD Goboboseb, Namibia small cabinet, 6.6 x 3.0 x 2.4 cm ex. Charlie Key
This is one of the larger examples of prehnite associated with good amethyst, that we have. Most such crystals from these finds are from smaller pockets, and are smaller in size by quite a margin. Superb specimen with excellent deep color, and intense phantoms! Repaired once, cleanly, near the middle.
K-177 - Prehnite on Amethystine Quartz - AUS$ 137 SOLD Goboboseb, Namibia miniature, 4.5 x 1.8 x 1.4 cm ex. Charlie Key
A very elegant specimen with prehnite of apple-green color wrapped exquisitely around the tip of a GLASSY, GEMMY amethyst! lok at the tip poke through!
K-178 - Prehnite on Quartz - AUS$ 137 SOLD Goboboseb, Namibia miniature, 5.4 x 2.6 x 2.3 cm ex. Charlie Key
Another superb miniature, showing a bright green doublet perched on clear quartz. Again, these are larger than the usual from here.
K-173 - Fluorite on Schorl - AUS$ 1366 SOLD Erongo Mountains, Namibia small cabinet, 7.5 x 4.1 x 3.5 cm ex. Charlie Key
Incredibly weird specimen with gemmy, transparent purple fluorites showing oriented growth and coloration patterns, perched atop a splaying schorl crystal! Dramtic and certainly unusual
K-174 - Heliodor Beryl - AUS$ 656 Erongo Mountains, Namibia miniature, 5.5 x 2.4 x 1.8 cm ex. Charlie Key
A big fat crystal with intense beer-color, quite unusual, from a recent find in the Erongos like none ever seen before. These are REALLY intensely colored, and stand out in a case! The tips are gemmy and glassy, but the side edges almost always show matte surface, which may be due to a change in chemistry during growth. This is one of the largest single crystals from the find that Charlie was aware of.
