ex. Charlie Key
A dark purple, gemmy amethyst specimen with plenty of eye appeal. There is a tiny little almost invisible ding at the tip of the crystal which does not detract visually from this specimen.
ex. Charlie Key
We offer you a gem of a crystal with this piece. You look right in through a beautiful gemmy , lustrous face to a deep, deep purple interior o fhigh color saturation. It glitters from the inside of the crystal to the outside calcite veil. There is some contacted portion on the right side, out of display sight, and a small contact on the lower lip of the crystal as it tucks down to the base, on the lefthand bottom portion. Still, a very choice amethyst miniature, and the matrix association makes it unusual for the locale.
ex. Charlie Key
A superlative, sharp, gemmy raspberry purple with a beautiful phantom. This one is a stellar example of amethyst from this locality.
ex. Charlie Key
A splayed group of 3 dark amethyst crystals crossing one another at their intersection, unusual for the locality! Few clusters have come from here, compared to isolated singles...the deposit is just that way. This is a FLOATER, complete all around - all crystals being doubly-terminated! .
ex. Charlie Key
A perfect, equant and 3-dimensional scepter of smoky quartz with an interesting amethyst wisp right at the base of the head - in person, you could see slight, subtle phantoms of amethyst within.
ex. Charlie Key
A cute scepter of quartz over an amethystine zone inside, and a smoky zone right at the base of the head.
ex. Charlie Key
This unusual, off-centered scepter has very deep amethyst color and is a "one of a kind" from this wonderful Namibian location. Both teh geometry and the color are highly unusual! Moreover, the color is the deepest grape-juice hue and saturation you can imagine.
ex. Charlie Key
A cute miniature scepter that has that dark, desirable coloration. It is absolutely beautiful, and has intense grape juice color - but is more gemmy and lustrous than others from the collection of this intensely purple style of amethyst for some reason. Pristine except for one small contact on the back face of the sceptre head. BERY rare specimen in hue and quality!
ex. Charlie Key
A sweet miniature scepter sitting on a starburst of quartz crystals. Very showy little piece! The smoky sceptre head is 1 cm.
ex. Charlie Key
Glass-clear, razor-sharp, quartz crystal with a sharp amethyst phantom in the middle. The little prehnite on the side is a bonus.
ex. Charlie Key
Here you have a smoky scepter : one of our favorites for its’ type. You just have to see it in person. All of the faces have wonderfully intricate skeletal growth and unusual glassiness for this habit.
ex. Charlie Key
Here we have a beautiful doubly-terminated scepter with wisps of amethyst swirling in the head. Really sharp and geometrically pleasing!
ex. Charlie Key
This crystal has a gemmy smoky-headed scepter with a clear shaft included with red hematite. The faces of this remarkable specimen are showing skeletal growth - enough to add accent, but not enough to disrupt symmetry. What a Beauty!
ex. Charlie Key
One of the best scepters in this collection. Totally pristine: A perfect amethyst scepter that is able to grace any collection in the world already full of quartzes. It has gemminess, a robust 3-D form, and good color.
ex. Charlie Key
A very large, rich amethyst crystal with perfect termination. Very showy for the size and price! There is an amethyst phantom inside, though its lines are not as sharp as you might wish - but the color is intense!
